The unit is wired for an inverter and battery system, with automatic switchover during power outages.

Scheme

Unit 204 is a Share block unit. The scheme is sectional title ready.

Membership

A once-off fee of R9,000 payable to the Port O’ Call Body Corporate, ensuring compliance with the Share Block Control Act.
